I received an email the other day with the image below, and I’ve debated whether the spelling mistake is on purpose or not. What do you think?
See the red circle to the left? – “mistakes” is (mistakenly) spelled “mistkaes.” Not only is this so eye-catching, it’s so ironic because the report is actually about communication mistakes AND it’s from Harvard!
Crazy. Looking at the context clues – like visiting the site to order the report – you’ll see that there’s nothing slapstick about it. Pretty clear that they flopped.
